Information Collected In the Chat/Email Form - If you use the chat/email feature, you will be asked for your name, email address and an optional phone number.  The only reason this information is collected is so that the team at CraftMath Tutorials will know who we are am communicating with.  In the event that you contact us through the chat/email form and we are unable to reply promptly, we will get to your message as soon as possible.  By providing your email address, this will allow us to still reach you should you leave CraftMath's website before we can provide a response.  It is a priority for us to respond to each request as soon as possible, very often within the same day.  Should you leave CraftMath's website before we are able to respond, you will automatically receive an email with our reply.  After some time, if it appears that you have not received a reply from us in your email, it could be because of two reasons.
1.  You provided an invalid email address.
2.  Your spam filter may have marked our reply as spam.  The sender will be from craftmath.team@craftmath.helpcrunch-mail.com or craftmath@bcraftmath.com​.
