Privacy Policy

CraftMath collects only the minimum information necessary to provide access to resources and services, primarily your email address. This information is used solely for account creation, access, and support. CraftMath does not store any payment information.

• CraftMath does not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to process payments or comply with the law.
• Basic analytics and cookies may be used to improve the website and understand general usage trends.
• CraftMath only has direct access to your email address and app data (such as your purchased products and gradebook entries). Sensitive data, including payment information, is handled securely by the payment service provider you used when making a purchase.

Terms of Use

• All content, including workbooks, question banks, videos, and other resources, whether free and paid, is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Sharing, redistributing, or reselling any purchased or free resources is strictly prohibited.
• Access to digital resources is provided through your account at app.bcraftmath.com.
• CraftMath reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of these services indicates your acceptance of any changes.

Refund Policy

Workbooks & Question Banks:

All sales are final. No refunds are offered on digital workbook or question bank purchases. Please use the free preview and demo features before purchasing.

Tutoring Sessions:

• No penalty for canceling a session if you plan to reschedule.
• Rescheduling does not incur any penalty.
• If you fail to pay or confirm in a timely manner, your session may be canceled and offered to another student.
• If you paid and no longer need the session, you may request a 75% refund.
  • If you received a multi-session discount, the refund will be prorated accordingly.
  • The 25% withheld covers transaction fees and potential time loss.

Payment Processing & Overpayments:

• When using Venmo, PayPal, or CashApp, please ensure you are sending the correct amount as agreed upon between you and Brandon.
• If you overpay using Venmo, PayPal, or CashApp, a refund can be issued, but processing fees from the respective payment service will be deducted from the refund.
• All refunds (partial or full) will deduct the processing fee from the respective merchant (Stripe, CashApp, PayPal, or Venmo). You can view those fees on the respective payment vendor's Terms of Service on their website.
• Alternatively, you have the option of applying the overpayment to any other product or tutoring session instead of requesting a refund.
